THESE TERMS APPLIES ONLY FOR MY COMMERCIAL USE PRODUCTS. For S4H/S4O and Angel Policy Use read HERE.
*Credit IS required for my doodles, clip arts, stamps, digitally or hand drawn/painted graphics, templates, papers and craft projects (except when I say on description or on preview that it's not required). Credit does not have to be on your newly created designs themselves… I mean you don't have to put credit on/inside a tag, a card or other product that you created, but put the credit at the sheet where you inserted your creation if it’s flattened (not-transparent) or if it’s transparent (png) put a txt file or other document with the credit inside the zipfile where your creation is zipped… And if you display your creation on a website, give also credit on the page where it is displayed.

By using graphics from Elka Romero for more than personal use purposes you are agreeing to the terms of use below, so please read them fully.
YOU MAY:
-YOU MAY use these graphics for your own personal or commercial projects, with the restrictions exposed on this terms of use.
-YOU MAY create PU freebies with my CU products, but you must do some sort of significant modification (re-colorize is NOT enough). The product must be merged/flattened with something else or you may add a sticker border. Use your creativity. ;)
-YOU MAY create collaboration projects (for charity or not) with my CU products. (Please don't forget to read what you may not).
-YOU MAY use any of the CU graphics/content to create printables to be sold digitally or on a tangible format, with Angel Policy Use, without additional fee, on your individual or small craft business. -YOU MAY use any of the CU graphics/content as part of a trademark, or to promote any type of business, but you must contact me first with your intent of use, and get 'approval' in writing from me before doing so.
-YOU MAY use my commercial use graphics as website images, but you must contact me first with your intent of use and get the approval.
Images for web graphics must be in 72 ppi resolution and not too large. You are responsible for resizing the images to meet this criteria. Elka Romero is not responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use products provided.
If you use my commercial use graphics as website images (websites/blogs layouts, blog headers, page toppers, web sets, etc...) you must give credit to me, expose the name of the product and put a link back to my blog (http://erartstudio.blogspot.com.br/).
Credit should be stated so: "(the name of your product) created using (the name of my product) by Elka Romero - http://erartstudio.blogspot.com.br/".
-YOU MAY submit project for publication using these graphics. Please, give credit to Elka Romero and show the URL of my blog (http://erartstudio.blogspot.com.br/).
-YOU MAY make copy of this set for backup purposes only, but not with intent to redistribute.
YOU MAY NOT:
-YOU MAY NOT include my commercial products in your items for sale without modification, EXCEPT when I say on description that modification is not required for this/that product.
-YOU MAY NOT use ANY of Elka Romero graphics to design templates for resale. Since with templates, you would be including a form of the raw file in its original format, size and shape. Easily 'extracted' from your template. If this is something you are interested in doing, please contact me via email, I am sure we can work something out.
-YOU MAY NOT share this product (either in its original format, or any individual elements of it) with anyone outside your primary residence - including family or friends, in any means of transport, including but not limited to the internet, CD or Snail Mail. (If you share your primary residence with a spouse/child/mother/father, then it would be acceptable on my part that they too can use the product. As long as their primary residence is the same as yours.)
-YOU MAY NOT sell the file(s) as I have sold them to you, or in doodle sets, overlay sets, templates or tubes/brushes.
-YOU MAY NOT create products with JUST my designs/illustrations.
-YOU MAY NOT alter my graphics and claim them as your own. You may not take any part of my graphics and add them to your own graphic and claim the resulting graphic as your own. It also implicates that you may NOT use my graphics to create product to sell as Commercial Use. (Not to be confused, please read what YOU MAY do).
-YOU MAY NOT remove any notice of copyright included in the graphics/contents.
-YOU MAY NOT make any of the graphics into "tubes" or "brushes" and redistribute them. (You may create tubes or brushes for your own personal use though.)
-YOU MAY NOT offer these graphics on any web site as downloads or send them through a news list as Yahoo Groups, Google, MSN or any other file sharing groups. They are NOT for your free distribution. This is considered pirating and is illegal!
-YOU MAY NOT use my products for mass-production without permission. If you are a corporation or/and are planning to produce for wholesale or/and large retail, please contact me (contact[@]erartstudio[dot]com) with any question regarding Mass Production (MP).
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Elka Romero shall not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use products provided. Please be sure to read the entirety of the description in the store. It will state if an item is geared toward a specific program, size, etc.
